Refund Policy

You see a free preview before you pay. Once you pay, the full reading is delivered instantly as a digital product, so we do not refund a reading that unlocked and works. Please look at the preview and the price before you buy.

• Your payment succeeded but the reading did not unlock and we could not fix it within 24 hours.
• You were charged twice for the same reading.
• The reading you paid for is empty or clearly incomplete.

• You changed your mind after the reading unlocked.
• The reading did not match your expectations or your own experience. Readings are for guidance and entertainment, not predictions.
• You entered wrong details. We are happy to prepare a corrected reading at a discount; just ask.

Email ayushshrivastavayt@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with the mobile number you paid with, the date and time of payment, and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days (your bank may take longer).
